Hi, I’m Jim.
Through my experience working in different industries, I’ve seen how everyday operational problems can affect a business’s profitability. That experience shaped my approach to Uvrey: understand how a business actually works, recognize its strengths, and identify practical improvements that make a meaningful difference. Sometimes that means a better system. Sometimes it’s a small change to an existing process. My goal is to work alongside business owners and their teams to find sensible solutions that fit the way they work.
