Why it connects to Gmail
With Jim's authorization, the app sends email, reads incoming messages, reconciles messages with CRM records, and tracks email activity and follow-up history. Google authorization is required for each connected mailbox.
The app requests permission to send email and read Gmail messages. It does not request permission to modify or delete existing Gmail messages. A separate, optional Google Calendar connection supports appointments and conflict checks.
